Can I reserve online or via email? No. Direct contact via a phone call or walk-up at our 'Tiki' booth (when
manned) is required as is a credit card to reserve your ride. We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
Will we get wet? How wet you get will depend on sea and wind conditions during the exciting 'Hamilton
Spin'. Wear comfortable clothing that you wouldn't mind getting a little wet. If you have somewhere else to
go afterwards, we’d suggest bringing a change of clothes. Depending on the weather conditions and
where you sit, chances are that you’ll get a little spray.
Do we really have to wear life jackets? Yes. Coast Guard regulations demand it. For your comfort, we
provide ski type vests more commonly referred to as type III life jackets.
Can we bring our camera? We highly discourage our customers from bringing anything electronic onto
our rides. Jet Boat Fun LLC is not responsible for any damage to personal property. There is no storage
aboard for personal items.
How many people does the Jet Boat hold? 'Hot Tuna' is approved for up to 11 passengers (average
weight of 185lbs) plus the Captain.
How old do I have to be? We would prefer passengers be at least 2 feet tall and at least 50 lbs. Minors
must be accompanied by an adult.
How fast do we go? 'Hot Tuna' is capable of speeds near 60mph. However, we travel between 25-40
mph. It's the maneuverability that impresses, not so much the speed. You'll enjoy it, trust us!

Why can't I go at the exact time I want? We are a high speed thrill ride that burns a lot of fuel and
requires a highly trained captain and support staff. We have to fill the boat close to capacity and cluster the
rides together so our staff and captain can operate efficiently. Book early as the first ride of the day is
based on the first booking. First come first served.
What are your hours? We run daily 11am-5pm (first run departs at 12pm, last run at 4pm) 7 days a week
in season (Nov-April). 4 days a week off season (May-October), closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and
Thursdays. Some flexibility on days/times for large parties of 8 or more. Reservations required, please call.
